The Opportunity We’re a growing, family-owned industrial parts wholesaler looking for a relationship-driven outside sales rep to own a territory covering parts of eastern PA, NJ, DE, and northern MD. If you already have B2B industrial sales experience, great! If you’re a sharp mechanic, maintenance tech, or parts specialist who’s tired of turning wrenches and ready to move into a lucrative sales career — we will train you on everything else.

Day-to-Day

· Spend 5 days/week in the field doing face-to-face calls on manufacturers, contractors, fleets, and MRO customers

· Grow existing accounts and hunt new business

· Demo products, solve problems, write quotes, and close deals

· Friday mornings: short virtual team huddle/check-in (from wherever you are). The remainder of the day is dedicated to working your territory, following up on quotes, submitting reports, and managing customer needs.

· Keep clean, accurate call reports, quotes, open orders, and expense records (we provide the tools)

Who Thrives Here

Experienced reps:

· 2–5+ years outside B2B sales (fasteners, hydraulic hose, fittings, industrial supply, cutting tools, safety, etc.)

· Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota

Career-changers we love hiring:

· Mechanics, shop foremen, parts counter pros, or anyone who speaks the language of the shop floor

· Mechanical aptitude and comfort walking a plant or job site

· Strong work ethic and desire to earn real money (many of our best reps have started right here with no prior sales experience)

What We Provide

· Competitive Salary

· Commission plan (uncapped — six-figure total comp is realistic in year 2–3)

· Generous stipend to cover expenses (gas, tolls, etc.)

· Health insurance, paid holidays (8), PTO, 401(k) with match

· Direct coaching from the Sales Manager and owner- your success is personal to us

Schedule Monday – Friday: typical start 7:00–7:30 AM (you set your route), home by 4-4:30 PM). No overnight travel required

Territory may include Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Lehigh, and/or Northampton counties in PA + NJ + DE + northern MD.
