Freight Free Policy
To Our Valued Customers,
Thank you for your loyal support of Kelly Industrial Supply, Inc. We truly appreciate your business and will continue to give excellent service and products.
Due to the rapidly rising cost of freight, effective 06/01/2018, our "Freight Free" policy will be revised from $300.00 to $400.00, and within 100 miles of our point of shipping.
This means any order placed that totals $400.00 or more, will not be charged freight on ground shipping only, if it is shipping within 100 miles of our location in West Chester, PA. Kelly Industrial Supply will work with all our customers to find the most cost efficient solution to ship your order in a timely manner if it does not qualify for "Freight Free."
As always, any items that are back ordered from a Freight Free order will also be shipped Freight Free. Kelly Industrial Supply, Inc. established our current Freight Free policy when the business began in 1991, and until now, we have not raised the limit.
