What are your hours of operation?
We are in our office Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm EST. Our sales representative are on the road from 7am to 4pm EST,. We do not operate on Saturday and Sunday.
How can I place an order?
There are multiple means of placing an order with us. We currently do not offer online ordering, however, phone, email, and fax can do the trick. You can also stop by our showroom counter in person and one of our Warehouse Personnel can help you out. If you are a current customer, you can reach out to your sales representative. If you are not sure who your sales representative is, or you do not have an account yet, please contact our Customer Service department by phone at 1(610) 429-8266. When will online ordering be an option?
We are diligently working on getting this process working, however we do not have a definite time at the moment.
Do you have sales on your products?
Yes! We have select products on sale that change every two months. All of our current promotions can be found on the Specials page. All of our flyers are uploaded as a PDF file, so you can download them to save them for later. You can also receive specials from your sales representative or by signing up for our email list. If you do sign up for our email list, you will receive three emails a week that contain closeouts, our bi-monthly special, informational flyers, and holiday hours (if applicable).
